1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

Within Pakistan: 3–7 business days, depending on your city.

Delivery times may vary slightly for remote/rural areas.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if any) are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

We may offer free shipping on select products or during promotions.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across Pakistan.

Please keep the exact amount ready for our rider at the time of delivery.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS/email.

You can use this tracking number to monitor your order's status.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

In rare cases of delay (weather, courier issues, high demand), our team will keep you updated.

If your order does not arrive within the expected time frame, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.

7. Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

SolveMart is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

8. International Shipping

Currently, SolveMart ships only within Pakistan.

International shipping (including UAE) will be announced on our website and social pages once available.
